Likely not but: If you know something which triggers your symptoms, then it will likely be the cause. For example, if contact with a cat causes you to sneeze , itch, or tear, then cat is the most likely culprit. Very rarely is one allergic to only one agent and thus an allergy consult would be your best bet. Allergy blood test is ok but less sensitive than skin testing.
