Find and eliminate: The best treatment for allergies is to identify the trigger and eliminate or avoid it. An allergist can help identify the usual indoor allergy triggers--dust mite, animal dander, mold, feather pillows etc. through skin or blood tests. Then remediation can begin. Medications can help decrease symptoms.
