Allergic to the dust in my home. what do you recommend?

See an allergist: Dust mite allergy is a year round problem and can be hard to control, depending on the severity of your symptoms, an allergist can recommend things to do at home, such as removing carpets and dust mite covers for the bed, but also can recommend proper medications and if need be allergy shots if your symptoms are severe.

Dust avoidance includes keeping the house clean, mattress and pillow covers, washing throw pillows and vacuuming carpets and upholstery..Avoid skin contact with dust. Consider an air purifier unit. Watch for signs of itching, sneezing and cough/wheezing.
