Yes, but difficult : You have to your advantage the fact you were previously breast feeding. This makes relactation a bit easier, but it's still a daunting task. You must be very committed, very relaxed, and understand even with the best situation you may not be successful. If possible, get a lactation expert involved. Adoptive mom's who didn't even have a baby have done this, but it takes time and commitment
