Agree: Any time you hear of Chest "tightness" (or pinching) it is best to be sure he does not have any heart (Cardiac) issues that need to be addressed asap, such as underlying Ischemic disease. Have him see his Dr to be safe and get an evaluation asap. Best wishes.
