My 9 week old baby is formula fed on s26 original and has 120mls but constently throws up after every bottle and inbetween feeds till the point i'm changing outfits 4-6 times a day and also seems to won't to feed an hour earlier then he's due?

Over fed: And possibly reflux, common at this age, reduce the amount initially to 60 ml, add rice cereal to thicken the feeds, use other reflux precautions, feed him at a 30 degrees, raise the head of the bed, etc, still feed him ad lib, (whenever he wants to be fed) if that doesn't work in a day or two, see his Pediatrician for evaluation, earlier if any other problem, wish you both wellness
