My 5 month old has a sudden rash only on her back. no new soaps or products, no new detergent or clothes etc. shes only formula fed. no change in daily routine, has normal wet/dirty diapers. does not seem uncomfortable no temperature. ?

Basics: When a rash is localized to one area the trigger is usually a contact agent. More generalized rashes would likely represent illness or food reactions. If you cannot recall a contact agent. like laying on a wool blanket or something washed in a different soap. an exam will likely be needed to sort this out.
