Had errosive esophagitus , prescribed pantaprozole and told to rescope 3 months. i felt better after 2 months and now i feel medicine isn't working ?

Esophagitis.: it is not clear from your description whether you are still taking the medication or not. Most people with erosive esophagitis have Gerd which requires ongoing treatment. If you have stopped the medicine, it is expected that your symptoms will recur. You should continue it for now, follow anti-reflux measures, and return to the Doctor Who did the endoscopy for further recommendations. Good luck.
