i have a history of vaginal yeast infections as well as persistent utis. what lubricants would be safe to use for sex that wouldn't worsen these issue?

It's not lubricant: Lubricants aren't the problem; which one you use won't make any differencer (unless some symptoms might be allergy to lubricant). "Persistent" UTI should not occur; once diagnosed, cure usually isn't a problem. Recurrent yeast can be due to underlying health problems, especially diabetes. STDs can cause similar symptoms; get tested. Rather than worrying about lubricants, discuss w/ your doctor.
