How long should it take for the muscles to heal after bilateral direct pars repairs? still lots of pain 5.5 months out. regular exercises, no relief.

Be seen: The concern at 5.5 months out is that you should be well healed from your surgery, and so you should not be having much pain at this point. A ct scan can be done to determine if you repair was successful and is healed or if it was not successful which could explain your pain. Let your surgeon know you are still hurting.
