NEITHER!: You should be receiving SPECIFIC anti-yeast medication vaginally prescribed by your GYNECOLOGIST if OTC preparations are not working! Neosporin is for BACTERIAL SKIN infections and COCONUT OIL is a "folk" remedy at best! Hope this helps! Dr Z
