Left flank/abd pain: How long do you have the pain, how often? do you have any other medical problem? any medications?, any diarrhea or constipation. detailed history would help us to answer the question. It could be gastritis/esophagitis, muscular they are common causes, but many more little rare reasons be possible, have it checked out.
