Various causes: The symptoms are nonspecific but can occur with gas entrapment in the upper descending colon. Other possibilities include gastritis, constipation, kidney stone, pancreatic disorder. It's best to be checked now by a physician who will take a history, examine you and order appropriate tests in order to make diagnosis.

It could be gastritis/esophagitis, muscular they are common causes, but many more little rare reasons be possible, have it checked out.
