Sounds like costo: If it hurts when you press on it, it's probably costochondritis, or inflammation of the rib/cartilage. Try an anti-inflammatory and it should help.

Rib pain: You could have fractured your rib. I recommend you see a doctor asap and you might need an x-ray of the ribs and the chest.
