Upper Abdominal Pain: radiating to the back is very suggestive of PANCREATITIS! You need to have this evaluated! The sooner the better! Stop self medicating you need to have a complete GI evaluation! Upper endoscopy, ECHO (for gallbladder issuesZ) and some Pancreatic/Hepatic blood tests! See you PCP for a start who may wish to refer you to a Gastroenterologist! Hope this helps/BE WELL Dr Z
