If possibly a rash: If the dots are possibly a rash from new supplements or new dietary food items, one can talk with his primary care doctor about what to do. Otherwise, the dots might have been there for a while and just recently got noticed (that happens to people). Also, supplements are not well-regulated, so one cannot be fully sure what is in the bottles one buys at the supplement store.
