Probably not: It is a good idea to have any dark skin lesion checked out. It may be a good idea to have your pediatrician refer you to a dermatologist to ease your worries

Typically not.: Sunscreen is a good habit to get into. It should always be monitored for any sudden or noticeable changes. In pediatrics it is rarely serious. Do have it looked at, at least once a year and followed up. Even better take a picture and use it to compare.

Not necessarily: A "beauty mark"/mole on the face is not generally a problem. Keeping it protected from sun-exposure and trauma (i.e. child picking at it), are about the only things you need to do at this point. If it changes color or the edges become irregular and ragged then get it assess ASAP. Your pediatrician will note it at each well-check as well.

No: Moles are not atypical in a baby and many of them regress as the baby gets older. I wouldn't be too concerned but wither way, have your pediatrician take a look at it.
