I have a mole on my face thats enlarged. it has swollen up like a bug bite, i guess you could say. it has excreted a white substance, much like a pimple. should i be concerned?

Since it excreted a white substance, it is not a mole. It sounds like a sebaceous cyst and probably became infected. Such infections might leave significant scars. Best to see a doctor for advice about treatment (e.g. with an antibiotic) and/or possible surgical removal. Good luck.
