See your doctor: Or an allergist, seems your symptoms need more control and OTC drugs aren't working. No harm of combining claritin (loratadine) and zyrtec 6 hours apart, but don't repeat without doctor's advice. Zicam is controversial and the FDA issued a warning about using the product and there was a recall. Check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, good luck
