Call 911 and stop bl: Call 911 if able and stop bleeding site with pressure by yourself or help victim if accessible immediately and be cautious of your surrounding risks possibility. It is an emergency status and do every possible time is limited for life saving.

First Aid: This is a first aid scenario: 1. Don't panic. Assess that the area is safe for you to render assistance. 2. Call for help. 3. Assess the patient for most urgent risks: breathing pulse etc. (Take CPR/BLS if you have questions here). 4. Stop bleeding and treat for shock. 5. Immobilize fractures, and if help is not on the way get moving toward it.
