Many emotions: 1.Talk about it: ask for support from people who care about & will listen. This gives comfort 2.Strive for balance. Easy to become overwhelmed with negativity. Remind yourself of your close friends, events that are meaningful 3.Avoid overexposure to media. This will increase stress levels, cause PTSD 4.Take care of yourself 5.Remember grief is long process 6. Help others : makes you feel better.
