LUQ Pain: Pain in the Left Upper Quadrant may be related to gastric (common-ulcers/GERD/gastritis), cardiac, pulmonary, intestinal, renal, splenic, pancreatic, vascular & referred. A careful history, physical exam & imaging are important in the differential diagnosis+review of symptoms. A patient who guards the area or has rebound tenderness may indicate surgical problems. See your MD for full exam.

Seek medical care: You need to be examined by a MD and probably get a CT scan ASAP
