Is i normal to have tenderness when pressing on upper left quadrant below left ribcage? not super painful but tender when pressing. what is there?

Not normally: Depending on how hard you press, you may be sensitive in that area. The spleen/pancreas/stomach/possible parts of the small intestine, and top juncture of transverse to descending colon are all there, but are usually not painful when lightly palpated.
