Need details: Warts? Keratosis? Tiny blood scabs due to minor self-injury? Instead of picking you might begin to rub in a moisturizer cream. Carry a small tube and rub in 10 times a day, using a small amount and rubbing in hard. Are they moles or freckles or something else? Where? How many, how large?
