See a derm doc: Any unusual mole and certainly one that has changed needs to be evaluated by a dermatologist.

Excise changing mole: Any pigmented lesion that is larger than 6mm, changes color, itches, bleeds, has irregular borders with or without a personal or family history of melanoma should have the lesion biopsied. If possible most often these lesions undergo an excisional biopsy. See your local plastic surgeon or dermatologist to have it addressed soon.
