Is it safe to take my beta blocker at night? i have pots and my doctor had instructed me to twice per day, but i'm worried

Pots: Pots can cause symptomatic tachycardia and near syncope/syncope upon standing. Beta blockers which are shorter acting can last 8-12 hours while the longer acting last 18-24 hours. If your doctor has prescribed a twice a,day beta blocker skipping a Des puts you at risk for symptomatic tachycardia
