Needs professional: Input from an experienced Pediatrician/Developmental Pediatrician, seems your son was an extreme premature and spent sometime in NICU, hence the need of ongoing follow up with experienced team of healthcare workers including the doctor, social worker, nutritionists/ dietitians, and others, herbal medicines won't help, it might not be ADHD, good luck
