Not uncommon: Coming up on 25 years of experience treating adhd individuals and i can tell you it is fairly common. Trouble winding down can be a real issue and sometimes taking stimulant meds too late in the day can be an issue. Insomnia and ADHD: Insomnia due to sleep apnea, plmd can present as adhd, please do a sleep study and rule out the cause.
