Caffeinated soda/run: I assume you are referring to the caffeinated soda (beverage), not cocaine. Some caffeine usually helps runners focus (many sport gels have added caffeine) caffeine does make you pee more, so drink enough soda more than a couple times per week is too much phosphorous for most people's long term bone health high fructose corn syrup is not healthy beverage calories often contribute to overweigh.
