Moderate chance of: interaction. Codeine with diazepam may increase side effects (dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating). Modafinil may increase blood levels and effects of diazepam and may need dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications.
