Gurgling/diarrhea: Could be gastroenteritis viral or from food, coudl be food intolerances milk( lactose intolerance), soy, gluten, coudl be H pylori- a bacteria in the stomach- do you have pain? or could be gallbaldder (also pain). rarely inflammatory bowel, f/u with doc
