Yeast infection?: Burning/pain upon urination (peeing) suggests bladder/kidney infection or sexually transmitted disease. Itch w/white cottage cheese discharge suggests yeast infection (common after antibiotics) which often responds to over-the-counter medications. Many different reasons for odor, some of which may require antibiotics. Don't recommend douche. See your Family Doc if no improvement.
