Thyroid cystic chang: How large? May be just a cyst, or mixed nodule .May to hashimotos or a tumor, Check TSH and consider thyroid antibody testing like peroxidase and thyroglobulin. Discuss with your endocrinologist a fine needle biopsy or f/u in 1-2 months.

Many things: You may have a multi modular goiter which is a benign condition that sometimes may require surgery. This could also be thyroiditis which is also benign. It is hard without and exam but likely this can be observed and followed with ultrasound if no other symptoms. Www.Drlugo.Com
