Yeast? Dermatitis?: This sounds like a yeast infection. Atypical for new genital herpes, but maybe possible if at risk. Contact dermatitis or allergy, e.g. from latex (condom), or spermicide. See a doctor; your nearest NHS genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic would be an excellent choice.
