The side of the cuticle near my nail was really sore yesterday and red and today there is a bit of yellow pus under the skin. what do i do?

Try..: Try topical antibiotics like neosporin over the counter. If after a couple of days using it you see no improvement or worsening of pain and redness go to the nearest urgent care center for management. Keep the area clean with soap and water at all times.
