No: No, you don't. Storms are safe, pacemakers have internal battery so outside power shorts or circuits will not cause any problems.

No: You are not a lightening rod with a pacemaker. You are not more likely to be struck by lightening. Suggest getting rid of your aluminium Hat :)

No need for concern: The pacemaker will be unaffected during a storm unless of course you are struck by lightning which is true for all of us, regardless of whether or not we have a pacemaker
