Red Cross or FEMA: If the town is flooded so no one can get in or out, your only option will be to let whoever the first responders are know that you are out of your medications. When first responders are able to get in or evacuate you out, they may have access to some method of getting medications. Other than stocking up ahead of time if you knew a storm is imminent, there are not many other options. Plan ahead!

Dont know UR meds: There can be difficulty getting meds re-filled. One trick is to have your doctor change the dose (I may lose my license for that statement). If U R taking controlled substances it can be very difficult. But you may need your doctors help and persuasion.

A local Walk In: Unit such as are now located in Pharmacy Chains (eg CVS, Walgreen) are staffed with ANP's (Adult Nurse Practitioners) who can authorize a temporary supply. Hope this is helpful! BTW if you can locate your Doctor or his/her office they may be able to phone your Prescriptions in.

Records: You should always carry a list of your medications and conditions along with the doses and the doctor who prescribed them. At a disaster center another doctor can look at the list and easily provide what you need as they become available. Always carry a days worth of spare meds. You may not be able to get what you want, but you should be able to get what you need at a disaster medical site.
