Bacterial vaginosis : This is a common problem. Antibiotics you took causes a change in the natural balance of bacteria, that now cursed overgrowth of harmful bacteria. Metronidazole is one of the antibiotics that can be used to treat, however I recommend seeing your doctor to confirm diagnosis by doing pelvic exam and a lab test.
