I am fiftyone, l am anemia and l spot often, how can l stop the spotting ?

Stop bleeding: Anemia is not a normal clinical situation. It means for the most part that there is an active source of bleeding which must be stopped. Vaginal bleeding needs to r.o. endometrial thickening or Ca. Rectal bleeding is from tumor of distal bowel when spotting bright red or stomach when black. Work up requires defining site of bleeding and then characterizing lesion with bx to choose treatmen.
