"anemia" is not a di: "Anemia" is not a diagnosis any more than fever is. The problems are common and trivial, not a sign of significant trouble. Review in detail with the pediatrician.

Could be: But anemia wouldn't cause the frequent colds or the dark circles under her eyes, ? Allergies or chronic inflammation in her upper airways causing nasal congestion and probably sinusitis. Ask her doctor/pediatrician to look at her, anemia is rather a lab diagnosis, blood count would tell us if she's anemic, more history and physical exam, probably CT of her sinuses would tell us more, good luck

Most CT of sinuses are unnecessary exposure to radiation. Time spent with the pediatrician is much more beneficial. Avoid over-diagnosis and over-treatment.

Needs labs: As both, a mother and a Doctor, I recommend you to take him to the Pediatrician for an overall check. He needs to have at least a complete blood work including not just for anaemia (red cells that carry iron ) but for white cells ( part of the immune system of defense). They'll check the liver, spleen, lungs, throat, ears, and heart, Tec. Nobody could diagnose without labs ,but please do so.
