I have an iron deficiency anemia and my crp is 6,2mg/l while it should be less than 5mg and my esr is 15mm.no inflammation symptoms but i did miss my period and i have spottings. i'm not pregnant either. could it be something serious such as cancer?

Vaginal discharge?: Your info is too little to allow better assessment with the vaginal spotting suggesting possible vaginal or urinary tract infection.. nothing to suggest cancer or serious disease
