Concussion: It is recommended to slowly reAengage yourself back into normal daily activities, with avoiding any activity that makes your head hurt or any other symptom that started after your concussion (dizziness, sensitivity to light, etc) worse. In general, if it makes it worse, wait longer. The idea of no pain no gain is not valid here.
