Can't tell: You don't describe your symptoms. I assume you are a college student because of your age. Consult the medical department of the school or ask the athletic department for the name of a concussion specialist. It can be a neurologist, neurosurgeon , or even a trauma surgeon who can examine you and answer your question.

Consider postponing: Grade 3 concussion is usually related to at least a brief loss of consciousness. If you are experiencing severe symptoms, they are surely interfering with your studying, memory and organization of ideas. I would suggest requesting a postponing yoiur finals and ask your doctor to provide documentation to support you.
