Doubt it: The purplish appearance of a meningococcal rash is shared with many other causes. If you are alert enough to send in the question, and it is only on your inner thigh,I doubt you have it. This can progress to death within 12 hours after it appears, and all will feel sick as it develops.If sickly, get evaluated.If you feel well, it can wait.
