No worries: A single blood pressure reading is almost always meaningless. People with entirely normal blood pressure can be, say, 175/100 at certain times, e.g. after exercising or when anxious. What is important is the average blood pressure over time. Since you are concerned, take your BP 10 times at various times of day, when seated and relaxed. Until then, no worries.

No: no need to worry not to over react to an isolated BP reading. Recheck another time and occasionally thereafter as u r young. Your BP 6 months ago was perfect. Ideal is 120/80 or less FYI. Stress, anxiety and variation in diet (a particularly salty mea) all can elevate BP.
