Can be healthy: Some folks just have big lymph nodes. Cancer in kids very seldom announces itself this way. If Junior appears otherwise healthy and the routine labs are normal, be thankful and leave it alone. If Junior seems clearly more prone to infections than other kids, then this may be one of the mild genetic immunodeficiencies in which lymph nodes grow over to compensate.
