Need evaluation: 9 courses of antibiotics in a year time are too much, you may have had suboptimal treatment,hence the repeat courses. You need to be evaluated by an allergist/immunologist for management of recurrent URIs, could have been just viral, you may be allergic to something in the environment, you are a smoker, or trouble with your immune system,check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area,
