2 rounds of letrozole in one cycle. is that normal? if the 1st round didn't work why a 2nd? would the next step be injections? i have pcos

Unclear: It is unclear exactly what is going on here in this question. My assumption is that you are taking Letrozole in order to assist with ovulation. I would clarify the plan with the prescribing physician who knows you best. If you did not ovulate then there is no “cycle” so Letrozole could be restarted.
