I can't sit with my feet on the floor. i need to have my legs elevated or crossed, or the veins in my calves hurt/burn & calves cramp in minutes. why?

Leg cramps: You may be compressing the nerves/blood vessels to your legs when you sit with your feet on the floor. You should probably get this checked out by your primary doctor or a vascular surgeon.

Leg Veins.: You have a lot of vague symptoms and it is difficult to give a diagnosis from what you say. You should see a vein specialist for a full venous evaluation including a venous duplex ultrasound. This specialist can assess your problems to see if they are vein related.
