Certainly : Traveling while attempting to get pregnant is not only safe, but it may help you to conceive! That's because if you are going on a nice vacation away from the stresses of everyday life, it may help you relax and not focus so much on getting pregnant but focus on fun and your personal relationship. Enjoy your travel and be safe!

How to get pregnant: If you are inthe child bearing age, and are having sex without using any contraceptive, then it is natural to get pregnant. The best time to try for pregnancy is around ovulation which happens at mid period, so keep trying and good luck.

Basic Tests: As long as your periods are regular, i would recommend having a xray of your fallopian tubes and a semen analysis. That would be a good start. If they are both normal, then you could check to make sure the ovaries are functioning properly (fsh and or amh blood tests).

TAkes time: Every month the chance for achieving pregnancy is ~ 15%. Hang in there, hopefully it will happen naturally. If not, you can consider seeing a doctor after 6 months of trying. Good luck!
