Unlikely Heart: Chest pain from Heart not Heart pain fibers, heart has none! Pain is sympathetic nervous system telling U something is wrong. Could be spasm of your esophagus. Hard to say. Chest pain heart related takes minutes to wind up, assoc w SOB, diffuse sweating, & feeling of impending doom. It then takes at least minutes to go away. See your internist to w/u your Upper GI tract.
